The contest is held four times each year: (1) beginning on January 1st and ending on March 31st, (2) beginning on April 1st and ending on June 30th, (3) beginning on July 1st and ending on September 30th, and (4) beginning on October 1st and ending on December 31st. To be eligible for each of the above drawings, your entry must be received no later than 12:00 midnight Eastern Time at least seven (7) calendar days before the date of each individual drawing. The drawing will be held on the first business day following the start of each contest. To enter the drawing without registering through the BankPro.com website, send a 4" x 6" postcard with your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and company name to the BankPro.com Drawing, P.O. Box 1833, Rockville, MD 20849. Registration for the drawings is limited to one (1) entry per contest. The information provided will be kept confidential by BankPro.com and is subject to our Privacy Statement. Winner determined by random drawing from among eligible entrants. BankPro.com is not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late, stolen, postage due, incomplete, undelivered, or misdirected mail and entries. The winner will be notified by regular mail, e-mail, telephone or fax, and will be announced on the BankPro.com Website. Winner must claim the prize within twenty-one (21) calendar days of being notified by BankPro.com. Unclaimed prizes will not be rewarded. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred except by BankPro.com, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Employees and their family and household members of the sponsor, its advertising and other agencies are not eligible. BankPro.com reserves the right to use the winner's name, likeness and company affiliation in announcements on the BankPro.com website, in advertisements and other promotional materials, and in its electronic newsletter regarding the contest winner. Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance of the terms of the Contest Rules. No purchase is necessary to win. Void where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entrants received for each drawing.
